How does the free website audit work?
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you may cancel at any time. After you have canceled, you have 30 days to re-activate your account or your previous backups will be erased from our system. Since we are hosting your website, it will be your responsibility to back up your emails and point your domain away from the website that we’ve designed to your own hosting plan so that you can create your own website.
How often are the security and performance scans?
How do the content updates & custom development work?
If there are any changes that you want to be made on your website, just shoot us a message and we’ll take care of them for you. You no longer need to know any code. Need a new feature? We can find or create the right tools for the job. Content updates and custom development is included in the Diamond and Flawless plan only.
How often do you do backups of my website?
We do backups of your website daily. This ensures that if your website ever experiences problems, we always have recent restore points. We are able to restore your website to any day that the website was previously working.
